Reports to:
Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager
Requirements:
PA State Inspection License
General RV Maintenance Knowledge
Ability to lift at least 75lbs and climb in and out of RV’s
General technician tools including air powered tools
5 years experience
Valid Commercial Drivers License
Diesel and medium duty truck experience
Electrical Diagnosis ability
Description of duties:
Repairs and maintenance service to RV chassis and engines
PA state inspections and repairs
Brake work and repairs
Typical automotive diagnosis and repairs
General repairs of all types of RV’s
Accessories installation
Pre Delivery Inspections
Electrical repairs
Occasional offsite RV repairs
RV warranty repairs
Any required duties as per department manager
Work Schedule:
This position requires a 40 hour work week, sometimes longer, and some Saturdays in the summer season.
Flat Rate Pay varies per certifications and experience.

Job Description: Detail Person

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

Description of duties:
In a nutshell, this position is like cleaning your house and car. It requires washing the outside of vehicles, inside of vehicles (similar to a miniature house) , sanding and painting the steps, bumpers, a-frames of the trailers, compounding and waxing the outside of the vehicles, etc.
Cleaning our building, showroom, offices, bathrooms and store
Any required duties as per department manager
Work Schedule:
This position requires a 40 hour work week and could require Saturdays in the summer season.

Appliance repairs
Accessories installation
Pre Delivery Inspections

Plumbing repairs
Propane system repairs
Fiberglass repairs
General maintenance RV’s
Occasional offsite RV repairs
RV deliveries and pick up
RV warranty repairs
General maintenance repairs of building and property when RV repairs are not needed
Any required duties as per department manager

Job Description: Sales Consultant

Positive demeanor
Description of duties:
Meet and greet guests to our facility
Follow our sales process to help customer find the vehicle of their dreams
Daily follow up with customer prospects via phone, internet and mail
Daily sales training meetings
Daily walk through of our inventory to stay current on vehicles available and where they are
We have a sales rotation that determines when the next guest is yours to greet and help
Constantly self educate yourself via reading product brochures and industry magazines
Work off lot shows (a few each year)
Help organize and keep the unit displays neat
Participate in our start and run program which helps keep our motorized vehicles ready for show
Work Schedule:
This position requires a 45 hour minimum work week, sometimes longer. Saturdays are a must as well as some evenings.
This position offers salary and commissions which are paid weekly. When earned, there are bonuses paid monthly.
